Tracking & Notifications

Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
If a package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, wait 48 hours and then contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@shopmicas.shop.
Keep all packaging and product photos handy — carriers often require photographic proof when filing claims. We will assist in filing a claim and will offer a replacement or refund once the claim is validated.
