You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it, if the following conditions are met:
✅ Item is unworn, unused, and unwashed
✅ Tags and original packaging are intact
✅ Proof of purchase is available (e.g. order confirmation email)
🔄 Exchanges
We offer free size or color exchanges (within the same product category), subject to availability.
To request an exchange:
- Email us at info@shopmicas.shop with your order number and exchange request.
- We’ll confirm availability and provide return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your exchange will be shipped within 2–3 business days.
💸 Refunds
If you’d prefer a refund instead of an exchange:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Allow 5–7 business days for your bank or provider to process it
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part
🚚 Return Shipping
- Faulty or incorrect item? We’ll cover your return shipping costs.
- Changed your mind? Return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival:
- Email us at info@shopmicas.shop within 30 days
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
We’ll resolve the issue quickly—either through a replacement, refund, or store credit.
